The Sienna Property Owners Association (SPOA) welcomes The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea to Sienna! The Teahouse Tapioca & Tea was voted best boba team by the Houston Chronicle and it is now open for residents’ enjoyment. The Teahouse Sienna serves assorted authentic Asian teas, famous Vietnamese coffee, lemonade, smoothies, 25+ drinks made to order as well as egg rolls, popcorn chicken and more. Per Dr. Chi, The Teahouse owner, the intent of the site is to provide a location where neighbors can drop by, stay a while – read a book, do a little work or host small gatherings and enjoy Sienna. The Teahouse is located at 9050 Hwy 6, Suite 110, near CVS. Residents are encouraged to stop by and say hello!
Commercial Recognition Award
The Sienna Property Owners Association (SPOA) awarded St. Angela Merici Catholic Church its Commercial Recognition Award (3rd quarter, 2025). The award is presented to commercial property owners/tenants that have shown dedication
to maintaining their Sienna property in a visually appealing manner. Specific attention is given to landscape, building, and driveway maintenance and appearance.
Congratulations to St. Angela Merici
St. Angela Merici was founded October 1, 2007, dedicated in October, 2017 by Cardinal DiNardo and currently welcomes parishioners from over 2100 households. The Church, Administration Building and Parish Life Center are located on 26 acres of property at 9009 Sienna Ranch Road, across the street from Baines Middle School. The Church often hosts community events for residents, most recently it’s Fall Festival in October. Thanks to St. Angela Merici Catholic Church for being a valued community partner.
